Claire Sellick – Chief Financial and Operations Officer: leads and manages the financial management and operational aspects in the Multi Academy Trust to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of delivery.
Kirstie Freeman – Trust Finance Lead : responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the Multi Academy Trust.
Lauren Banks – Finance Assistant: provides effective and efficient finance support to the Multi Academy Trust.
Sally Bissell – Finance Assistant: provides effective and efficient finance support to the Multi Academy Trust.
Danny Guyon – Trust Site Manager: responsible for the co-ordination of site operations and maintenance across the Trust.
Paul Ward – Trust Estates Manager: responsible for statutory compliance of the trust’s estate and the co-ordination of capital works.
Natalie Fardon-Wood – Data Protection Officer: monitors internal compliance, informs and advises on our data protection obligations, and is the contact point for data subjects and the Information Commissioner.
Vacancy - Delivers a comprehensive ICT service within the Trust, co-ordinating the implementation of trust and academy websites. Provides oversight of ICT development, ensuring compliance with Trust policy and developing the utilising of academy resources effectively.
Gemma Cahalane - Head of Human Resources: oversees strategic human resources and payroll functions, aligning personnel management with organisational goals and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Trudie Stowe – Payroll and HR Manager: responsible for monthly payroll and all associated HR processes, management and reporting.
Vicky Merrell – Deputy HR Manager: effective and efficient daily management, consultation and support of HR employee related matters in line with Trust policies and procedures.
Sam Turner – HR / Recruitment Administrator : reviews and implements safer recruitment to meet the immediate and future staffing requirements of the organisation.
Leanne Chandler – Payroll Assistant: provides efficient and effective support for accurate and timely payroll processing.
School Improvement
Sam Lawrence - Leader of Learning: an exceptional teacher and leader who works across our schools to support and develop the curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment. Sam is a Primary Mastery Specialist for the Venn Essex Maths Hub.
